Description

•  The displayed stage level may indicate the lower level by more than two stages compared with previous driving.
•  The significantly different average score from the previous average score is displayed.

Note
•  If a one-time travel time is short (number of required accelerator, brake, and steering operations for determining driving diagnosis is low), driving diagnosis may not be displayed.
•  Intelligent drive master screen setting
•  Instrument cluster internal circuit malfunction
•  Communication error between instrument cluster and PCM
•  Communication error between connectivity master unit (CMU) and PCM
•  Instrument cluster malfunction
•  Connectivity master unit (CMU) malfunction

VERIFY IF MALFUNCTION CAUSE IS COMMUNICATION ERROR
•  Can CAN related DTCs be verified?
Yes
Go to the applicable DTC inspection.
No
•  System is normal.
If the vehicle is normal, refer to INTELLIGENT DRIVE MASTER (i-DM) for new vehicle instruction, and explain the contents of the driving operation determination and display to the customer to have them understand that there is no problem in the system.
•  Symptom troubleshooting is completed.
