•  Avoid cutting with a blowtorch or similar tools as the insulator is flammable shown in the figure.

1.  Rough cut the 2 locations indicated by (A) shown in the figure.

2.  Drill the 77 locations indicated by (B) shown in the figure, then remove the cabin side frame (outer) (front pillar (outer)).

3.  Drill the 20 locations indicated by (C) shown in the figure.

4.  Drill the 5 locations indicated by (D) from the room side shown in the figure, then front pillar reinforcement (lower) and hinge reinforcement as a single unit.

5.  Rough cut the location indicated by (E) shown in the figure, then remove the front pillar reinforcement (upper).

6.  Rough cut location indicated (F) shown in the figure.

7.  Drill the 4 locations indicated (G) shown in the figure, then remove the front pillar (inner).
