Resistance Inspection

1.  Remove the battery cover. (See BATTERY REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [MZR 1.5, MZR 1.6].)

2.  Disconnect the negative battery cable. (See BATTERY REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [MZR 1.5, MZR 1.6].)

3.  Disconnect the fuel injector connector.

4.  Inspect the resistance between fuel injector terminals A and B.

Fuel injector resistance
Approx. 12.0 ohms [20 °C {68 °F}]
•  If not within the specification, replace the fuel injector. (See FUEL INJECTOR REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [MZR 1.5, MZR 1.6].)
