EGR VALVE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [MZR 2.0 DISI i-stop]

1.  Remove the battery cover. (See BATTERY REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [MZR 2.0 DISI i-stop].)

2.  Disconnect the negative battery cable. (See BATTERY REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [MZR 2.0 DISI i-stop].)

3.  Remove the plug hole plate. (See PLUG HOLE PLATE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [MZR 2.0 DISI i-stop].)

4.  Drain the engine coolant. (See RADIATOR DRAIN PLUG REPLACEMENT [MZR 2.0 DISI i-stop].)

5.  Disconnect the EGR valve connector.

6.  Remove in the order indicated in the table.

1	Water hose
2	EGR valve

7.  Install in the reverse order of removal.
