Caution
•  Melt the solder quickly, otherwise the diodes (rectifier) and regulator will be damaged by excessive heat.

1.  Disassemble in the order indicated in the table.

2.  Assemble in the reverse order of disassembly.

Generator Bearing Cover Disassembly Note

1.  Bore a hole in the generator bearing cover with a flathead screw driver as shown in the figure and remove generator bearing cover.

Pulley Disassembly/Assembly Note

1.  Disassemble/assemble the pulley using the SST.

60—85 N·m {6.2—8.6 kgf·m, 45—62 ft·lbf}
