1.  Remove in the order indicated in the table.

2.  Install in the reverse order of removal.

Rear Shock Absorber Upper Side Nut Installation Note

1.  Verify the shape of the removed nut and if it is an A type, replace the nut with a new one.

Caution
•  Because the A type nut is a locknut, if the nut is reused it could loosen.

2.  Install and tighten the nut.

Tightening torque
A type: 22—28 N·m {2.3—2.8 kgf·m, 17—20 ft·lbf}
B type: 23—31 N·m {2.4—3.1 kgf·m, 17—22 ft·lbf}
