Installation Procedure

1.  When installing new parts, measure and adjust the body as necessary to conform with standard dimensions.

2.  Drill holes for plug welds before installing new parts.

3.  After temporarily installing new parts, make sure the related parts fit properly.

4.  Plug weld the 48 locations indicated by (A) shown in the figure.

5.  Plug weld the 3 locations on the left side indicated by (B) and 4 locations on the right side.

6.  CO² spot weld the 2 locations indicated by (C) shown in the figure.

7.  Plug weld the 5 locations indicated by (D), 1 location indicated by (E) from the bottom.

8.  Plug weld the 26 locations indicated by (F) shown in the figure while install the front side frame component.
