Outline

•  The following warning/indication systems have been adopted.
―  Instrument cluster
―  Rear vehicle monitoring (RVM) system (With rear vehicle monitoring (RVM) system)
―  Blind spot monitoring (BSM) system (With blind spot monitoring (BSM) system)
―  Parking sensor system (With parking sensor system)
―  Lane departure warning system (LDWS) (With Lane Departure Warning System (LDWS))
―  Distance Recognition Support System (DRSS) (With Distance Recognition Support System (DRSS))
―  Indicator unit
―  Horn
•  An instrument cluster integrated with an active driving display has been adopted which displays the driving speed, warning screen, and direction of vehicle travel (With car-navigation system). (Type A instrument cluster)
•  A multi-information display has been adopted to the instrument cluster which displays the fuel gauge, trip computer, and vehicle information. (Type B instrument cluster)
•  The intelligent Drive Master (i-DM) has been adopted which the driver can use to improve his or her driving, turning, and stopping technique. (With Intelligent Drive Master (i-DM))
•  A rear vehicle monitoring (RVM) system has been adopted which notifies the driver of vehicles approaching from behind and warns the driver if the driver tries to change lanes to the side of the approaching vehicle. (With rear vehicle monitoring (RVM) system)
•  A blind spot monitoring (BSM) system has been adopted which notifies the driver of vehicles approaching from behind on the left or right adjacent lanes in the driver's blind spot, and warns the driver if the driver tries to change lanes to the side of the approaching vehicle. (With blind spot monitoring (BSM) system)
•  A parking assist system has been adopted which detects obstructions in the blind spot (vehicle front/rear/corners) to a wide extent using ultrasonic sensors and notifies the driver of the obstructions. (With parking sensor system)
•  A Lane Departure Warning System (LDWS) has been adopted which recognizes vehicle lane lines on the road using the forward sensing camera (FSC) installed to the windshield and notifies the driver if the vehicle may depart from its lane unbeknownst to the driver. (With lane departure warning system (LDWS))
•  A Distance Recognition Support System (DRSS) has been adopted which displays the distance between the vehicle and the vehicle ahead and alerts the driver if there is the possibility of a collision. (With distance recognition support system (DRSS))
•  An indicator unit has been adopted which displays the passenger seat belt warning light and PAD indicator light.
