DTC B1342, C1267, C1730 [DSC]


DTC	B1342, C1267 C1730		DSC HU/CM (internal malfunction) Brake fluid pressure sensor power supply system
DETECTION CONDITION		• B1342, C1267 - The DSC CM on-board diagnostic function detects control module internal malfunction. • C1730 - Abnormal voltage to the brake fluid pressure sensor is detected.
POSSIBLE CAUSE		• DSC HU/CM internal malfunction


STEP	INSPECTION		ACTION
1	VERIFY NO DSC HU/CM MALFUNCTION • Clear the DTCs from the memory. (See Clearing DTCs Procedures.) • Start the engine and drive the vehicle at 10 km/h {6.2 mph} or more. • Are the same DTCs present?	Yes	Replace the DSC CM, then go to the next step. (See DSC HU/CM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)
1		No	Go to the next step.
2	VERIFY THAT NO OTHER DTCS ARE PRESENT • Are any other DTCs output?	Yes	Go to the applicable DTC inspection. (See DTC Table.)
2		No	DTC troubleshooting completed.
