• Verify the customer complaint and identify either the audio panel malfunction or audio unit malfunction.

How to activate audio panel switch confirmation mode (with audio system)

1. Switch the ignition to ACC or ON.

2. Turn the audio unit power to ON.

3. While pressing the POWER/VOLUME switch, simultaneously press the PRESET 3 switch for 0.2 s or more.

4. The switch inspection is now activated.

•  Does buzzer sound when pressing each switch?

Yes

Go to the next step.

No

Replace the audio unit.

Yes

The system is normal.

No
