MAP LIGHT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

1.  Disconnect the negative battery cable.

2.  Remove the intruder sensor. (with theft-deterrent system) (See INTRUDER SENSOR REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

3.  Open the overhead console. (without theft-deterrent system)

4.  Remove in the order indicated in the table.

1	Lens (See Lens Removal Note.)
2	Screw
3	Map light bulb
4	Map light
5	Connector

5.  Install in the reverse order of removal.

Lens Removal Note

1.  Insert a tape-wrapped flathead screwdriver into the service hole and pry with the screwdriver in the direction shown by the arrow to remove the lens.
