Purpose, Function

•  The urea tank heater defrosts AdBlue^® in the urea tank if the AdBlue^® is frozen.

•  The urea tank heater operates according to the signal from the dosing control unit.

•  A PTC-type urea tank heater has been adopted.

Construction

•  If AdBlue^® in the urea tank is frozen, the urea tank heater is energized by the dosing control unit to defrost AdBlue^®.

•  The urea tank heater resistance value changes depending on the AdBlue^® temperature, and the thermo generation amount changes.
