LIFTGATE LOCK STRIKER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

1.  Pull the lock bezel in the direction of the arrow shown in the figure and detach the lock bezel tabs A and B from the trunk end trim.

2.  Remove the bolts, then remove the liftgate lock striker. (See Liftgate Lock Striker Installation Note.)

3.  Install in the reverse order of removal.

•  Refer to [LIFTGATE ADJUSTMENT] and adjust the liftgate lock striker so that the height difference and gap of the liftgate is within the specification. (See LIFTGATE ADJUSTMENT.)
