Installation Procedure

1.  When installing new parts, measure and adjust the body as necessary to conform with standard dimensions.

2.  Drill holes for the plug welding before installing the new parts.

3.  After temporarily installing new parts, make sure the related parts fit properly.

Without SCR System

1.  Spot welds in the 4 locations in area A shown in the figure and install a new fuel tank bracket to a new trunk floor panel.

2.  Insert the trunk floor panel in the direction of the arrows shown in the figure.

3.  Plug welds in the 96 locations in area B shown in the figure and install the trunk floor panel.

With SCR System

1.  Spot welds in the 28 locations in area A shown in the figure and install a new urea hose bracket, rear end crossmember, and rear crossmember reinforcement.

2.  Insert the trunk floor panel in the direction of the arrows shown in the figure.

3.  Plug welds in the 100 locations in area B shown in the figure and install the trunk floor panel.
