Purpose


Lane-keep assist system indication

•  The lane-keep assist system indication informs the driver of the following system conditions.
―  Operating
―  Stand-by
―  Warning
―  Malfunction


Function

•  The instrument cluster displays the lane-keep assist system indication based on the system condition display request signal sent from the forward sensing camera (FSC) via CAN communication.

Construction

•  The lane-keep assist system indication is displayed in the multi-information display.

*  :If the system determines that the vehicle may deviate from its lane, the color of the line on side being detected by the system changes from white to amber, and flashes.

Operation

1.   The instrument cluster receives a system condition display request signal from the forward sensing camera (FSC) via CAN communication.

2.  The instrument cluster displays a lane-keep assist system indication in the multi-information display based on the system condition display request signal.
