On-board Diagnostic Function

Malfunction detection function

• Detects overall malfunctions in the keyless entry system-related parts.

Display function

• If any malfunction is detected, the keyless warning light (red) in the instrument cluster illuminates to inform the driver of a system malfunction.

Memory function

• Stores malfunctions in the keyless entry system-related parts detected by the malfunction detection function, and the stored malfunction contents are not cleared even if the ignition switch is turned to the LOCK position.
