AUTO LEVELING CONTROL MODULE CONSTRUCTION/OPERATION

• The auto leveling control modules (main and sub) are installed within the discharge control units, located under the front combination lights.
• The auto leveling control module (main) verifies changes in vehicle speed and attitude based on signals inputted from the ABS/TCS HU/CM, and front and rear auto leveling sensors. The unit then calculates the optimal direction for the optical axis and sends a signal to the auto leveling control module (sub).
• Based on the calculation of the optical axis adjustment amount, the auto leveling control module controls the headlight leveling actuator.
