OIL PRESSURE SWITCH INSPECTION

1.  Verify the PCM DTCs, and verify that DTC P0520:00 or P0524:00 is not displayed. (See ON-BOARD DIAGNOSTIC TEST [PCM (SKYACTIV-G 2.0, SKYACTIV-G 2.5)].)

•  If DTC P0520:00 or P0524:00 is displayed, go to the applicable DTC troubleshooting. (See DTC P0520:00 [PCM (SKYACTIV-G 2.0, SKYACTIV-G 2.5)].) (See DTC P0524:00 [PCM (SKYACTIV-G 2.0, SKYACTIV-G 2.5)].)

2.  Inspect the oil pressure. (See OIL PRESSURE INSPECTION [SKYACTIV-G 2.0, SKYACTIV-G 2.5].)

•  If the oil pressure is normal, replace the oil pressure switch. (See OIL PRESSURE SWITCH REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)
