TEL ANTENNA REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

1.  Disconnect the negative battery cable. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY CABLE DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION [SKYACTIV-D 2.2].) (See NEGATIVE BATTERY CABLE DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION [SKYACTIV-G 2.0, SKYACTIV-G 2.5].) (See NEGATIVE BATTERY CABLE DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION [SKYACTIV-G 2.0, SKYACTIV-G 2.5 (WITHOUT i-stop)].)

2.  Remove the following parts:

(1)  Upper column cover (See COLUMN COVER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

(2)  Meter hood (See METER HOOD REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

(3)  Glove compartment (See GLOVE COMPARTMENT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

(4)  Passenger-side decoration panel (See DECORATION PANEL REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

(5)  Audio panel (See AUDIO PANEL REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

(6)  Center display component (See CENTER DISPLAY REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

3.  Move the tel antenna in the direction of arrow (2) shown in the figure while pressing the tab in the direction of arrow (1) .

4.  Remove the connector from the tel antenna bracket.

5.  Disconnect the connector and remove the tel antenna.

6.  Install in the reverse order of removal.
