•  A kickdown determination switch has been adopted which fully opens the throttle when the driver fully depresses the accelerator pedal intentionally.

•  The kickdown determination switch is a part which generates resistance mechanically rather than by outputting an electric signal (ON/OFF).

•  There is a load step prior to a full-stroke depression of the accelerator pedal (before kickdown stroke). If there is a claim from a user such as the accelerator pedal catching or some malfunction from this load step, explain the content of the repair order form and give the user appropriate advice.
