LIFTGATE LOCK STRIKER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

1. Remove the following parts:
- (1) Trunk covering (See TRUNK COVERING REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)
- (2) Trunk board (See TRUNK BOARD REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)
- (3) Trunk side pocket (See TRUNK SIDE POCKET REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)
- (4) Trunk end trim (See TRUNK END TRIM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)
2. Remove the bolts, then remove the liftgate lock striker. (See Liftgate Lock Striker Installation Note.)
3. Install in the reverse order of removal.
Liftgate Lock Striker Installation Note
• Refer to [LIFTGATE ADJUSTMENT] and adjust the liftgate lock striker so that the height difference and gap of the liftgate is within the specification. (See
LIFTGATE ADJUSTMENT.)
