Purpose

Lane-keep assist system indication

•  The lane-keep assist system indication informs the driver of the following vehicle conditions.

―  Stand-by

Lane-keep assist system OFF indication

•  The lane-keep assist OFF indication notifies the driver that the lane-keep assist system is not operating or a malfunction is occurring in the lane-keep assist system.

•  The lane-keep assist system indication and the lane-keep assist system OFF indication are displayed in the multi-information display.

Operation

1.   The instrument cluster receives a system condition display request signal from the forward sensing camera (FSC) via CAN communication.

2.  The instrument cluster displays a lane-keep assist system indication/lane-keep assist system OFF indication in the multi-information display based on the system condition display request signal.
