DRIVE BELT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [L8, LF, L5]

1.  Set the front mudguard (RH) out of the way. (See FRONT MUDGUARD REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

2.  Remove the splash shield (RH).

3.  Rotate the drive belt auto tensioner in the direction shown in the figure and remove the drive belt.

4.  Install the new drive belt.

5.  Verify that the drive belt auto tensioner indicator mark does not exceed the limit. (See DRIVE BELT INSPECTION [L8, LF, L5].)

6.  Install the splash shield (RH).

7.  Install the front mudguard (RH). (See FRONT MUDGUARD REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)
