1.  Remove the adjust cover and bolts A.

2.  Disconnect the remote wire.

3.  Lift the rear seat cushion, then remove the rear hinge installation bolts.

4.  Remove the bolt B.

5.  Remove the bolts C and nuts D.

6.  Remove the rear seat.

7.  Install in the reverse order of removal.
