REAR WIPER MOTOR INSPECTION

1.  Disconnect the negative battery cable.

2.  Remove the following parts:

(1)  Rear wiper arm and blade (See REAR WIPER ARM AND BLADE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

(2)  Liftgate upper trim (See LIFTGATE UPPER TRIM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

(3)  Liftgate side trim (See LIFTGATE SIDE TRIM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

(4)  Recess (See RECESS REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

(5)  Liftgate lower trim (See LIFTGATE LOWER TRIM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

3.  Connect battery positive voltage to the rear wiper motor terminal A, and ground the rear wiper motor terminal B.

4.  Verify that the rear wiper motor operates.

•  If there is any malfunction, replace the rear wiper motor.
