Welcome Mode


Outline

•  The welcome mode is linked to the instrument cluster, information display, audio unit, climate control unit to provide a presentation while in the vehicle using illumination and sound effects.

•  The illumination in the instrument cluster illuminates.
•  The instrument cluster sends a welcome mode initiation signal to the information display, audio unit, and climate control unit.


Operation

Welcome illumination on control
•  If all the following conditions are met, the welcome mode is initiated.
―  Switch the ignition to off or ACC
―  TNS off


Welcome illumination off control

•  If any one of the following conditions are met, the welcome mode stops.
―  Switch the ignition to ON
―  TNS ON
