•  The special steel used for the stationary gears are processed with ion nitriding for improved strengthening against fatigue on the tooth surfaces.

•  The main bearings are press-fit inside the stationary gears. The bearings are secured with the stopper pins.

•  A needle bearing and thrust plate have been assembled in the front stationary gear for regulation of the eccentric shaft end play.
