Removal

1.  Remove the drive plate. (See DRIVE PLATE REMOVAL[LA4AX-EL (CD4E)].)

2.  Using a flathead screwdriver, remove the rear oil seal.

Installation

Note

•  Lubricate the crankshaft rear oil lip with engine oil.

1.  Using the SST, install the rear oil seal.

2.  Install the drive plate. (See DRIVE PLATE INSTALLATION[LA4AX-EL (CD4E)].)
