FRESH-AIR DUCT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION[AJ (3.0L Duratec)]

1.  Remove the air cleaner. (See AIR CLEANER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION[AJ (3.0L Duratec)].)

2.  Remove the battery.

3.  Remove the battery tray.

4.  Remove the fresh-air duct installation bolt and fresh-air duct.

Note

•  Verify that the front sponge seal for the fresh-air duct is installed correctly to the shroud panel.

5.  Install in the reverse order of removal.
