Excessive creep

DESCRIPTION

•  Vehicle accelerates in D, 2, 1 ranges, and R position when accelerator pedal is not depressed.

POSSIBLE CAUSE

1.  Engine idle speed high (transaxle system is not cause of problem)

2.  Go to No.9 “FAST IDLE/RUNS ON”

•  Before following the troubleshooting steps, make sure that the Automatic Transaxle On-Board Diagnostic and Automatic Transaxle Basic Inspection are conducted.
