Excessive shift shock on torque converter clutch (TCC)

DESCRIPTION

•  Strong shock is felt when TCC is engaged.

POSSIBLE CAUSE

•  The troubleshooting flow is the same as No.16 “JUDDER UPON TORQUE CONVERTER CLUTCH (TCC) OPERATION”.

•  Before following the troubleshooting steps, make sure that the Automatic Transaxle On-Board Diagnostic and Automatic Transaxle Basic Inspection are conducted.
