TRANSAXLE SUPPORT INSULATOR LOWER (REAR) REMOVAL[LA4AX-EL (CD4E)]

1.  Disconnect the negative battery cable.

2.  Remove the battery and battery tray. (See BATTERY REMOVAL/INSTALLATION[AJ (3.0L Duratec)].)

3.  Disconnect the crankcase vent hose and MAF sensor connector.

4.  Remove the air hose and air cleaner cover.

5.  Remove the air cleaner component.

6.  Remove the bolts from the rack.

7.  Remove the bolts and nuts from the mount, then remove the mount.
