FOREWORD[TURN AND HAZARD WARNING LIGHTS]

1.  Operate the turn and hazard warning lights and verify the malfunction indicated by the customer.

2.  Referring to the following chart, perform visual inspection for obvious mechanical and electrical malfunctions.

•  Light switch
•  Hazard warning switch
•  BTN1 40 A fuse [except L3]
•  BNT1 60 A fuse [L3]
•  HAZARD 15 A fuse
•  TURN 10 A fuse
•  Related wiring harness
•  Connector
•  Bulb

3.  If the cause of the indicated or obvious malfunction is detected, repair as necessary before going to the next step.

4.  If the cause of the malfunction is not detected by visual inspection, connect the M-MDS and perform DTC inspection.

5.  If any DTC related to the malfunction is read, refer to the “DTC TABLE [TURN AND HAZARD WARNING LIGHTS]” and continue malfunction diagnosis.

6.  If any DTC related to the malfunction is not read, refer to the “SYMPTOM TROUBLESHOOTING CHART [TURN AND HAZARD WARNING LIGHTS]” and continue malfunction diagnosis.
