INSPECT INOPERATIVE LIGHT VOLTAGE

Turn the ignition switch to the LOCK position.

Disconnect the inoperative light connector.

Turn on the hazard warning lights.

Measure the inoperative light terminal voltage.

Is the voltage more than 10 V?

Yes

Go to the next step.

No

Repair the related wiring harness.

INSPECT INOPERATIVE LIGHT GROUND

Measure the resistance between the inoperative light and ground.

Is the resistance less than 5 ohms?

Yes

Replace the turn light socket.

No

Repair the related wiring harness.

STEP	INSPECTION		ACTION
1	INSPECT INOPERATIVE LIGHT VOLTAGE Turn the ignition switch to the LOCK position. Disconnect the inoperative light connector. Turn on the hazard warning lights. Measure the inoperative light terminal voltage. Is the voltage more than 10 V?	Yes	Go to the next step.
1		No	Repair the related wiring harness.
2	INSPECT INOPERATIVE LIGHT GROUND Measure the resistance between the inoperative light and ground. Is the resistance less than 5 ohms?	Yes	Replace the turn light socket.
2		No	Repair the related wiring harness.
