Does the seat belt warning alarm operate normally?

Yes

Go to the next step.

No

Refer to Section 09-22.

INSPECT INSTRUMENT CLUSTER OPERATION

Turn the ignition switch off.

Disconnect the instrument cluster connector.

INSPECTION

•  Corrosion

•  Terminal separation

•  Connection status

Connect all the connectors.

Operate the system and inspect for any malfunction.

Is there any malfunction?

Yes

Replace the instrument cluster. Inspect the system for normal operation.

No

The system operates normally. The malfunction may result from loose connectors or corrosion.

1		No	Refer to Section 09-22.
2	INSPECT INSTRUMENT CLUSTER OPERATION Turn the ignition switch off. Disconnect the instrument cluster connector. INSPECTION • Corrosion • Terminal separation • Connection status Connect all the connectors. Operate the system and inspect for any malfunction. Is there any malfunction?	Yes	Replace the instrument cluster. Inspect the system for normal operation.
2		No	The system operates normally. The malfunction may result from loose connectors or corrosion.
