INSPECT POWER SUPPLY TO RELATED WIRING HARNESS IN FRONT FOG LIGHT RELAY
Disconnect the front fog light relay connector.
Measure the voltage at front fog light relay terminal E.
Is the voltage more than 10 V?
Yes
Go to the next step.
No
Repair the related wiring harness.

INSPECT FRONT FOG LIGHT RELAY COIL VOLTAGE
Turn the headlight to the ON position.
Verify that the headlight is set to the low beam.
Turn on the fog light.
Measure the voltage at front fog light relay terminal C.
Is the voltage more than 10 V?
Yes
Go to the next step.
No
Go to Step 4.

INSPECT RELATED WIRING HARNESS FOR OPEN CIRCUIT
Measure the resistance between front fog light relay terminal A and ground.
Is the resistance more than 5 ohms?
Yes
Replace the headlight relay.
No
Repair the related wiring harness.

INSPECT FRONT FOG LIGHT SWITCH VOLTAGE
Disconnect the front fog light switch connector.
Measure the voltage at front fog light switch terminal D.
Is the voltage more than 10 V?
Yes
Go to the next step.
No
Repair the related wiring harness.

INSPECT FOG LIGHT SWITCH
Inspect the front fog light switch.
Is the front fog light switch normal?
Yes
Go to the next step.
No
Replace the front fog light switch. (See FRONT FOG LIGHT SWITCH REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

INSPECT VOLTAGE AT RELATED WIRING HARNESS
Disconnect the front fog light connector.
Measure the voltage at front fog light terminal B.
Is the voltage more than 10 V?
Yes
Repair the related wiring harness.
No
Repair the related wiring harness.
