INSPECTION

INSPECT TR SWITCH CONNECTION

Turn the ignition switch to the LOCK position.

Disconnect the TR switch connector.

Turn the ignition switch to the ON position.

Measure the resistance between TR switch terminals A and E.

Is the resistance less than 5 ohms?

Yes

Replace the TR switch.

No

Repair the related wiring harness.

STEP	INSPECTION		ACTION
1	INSPECT TR SWITCH CONNECTION Turn the ignition switch to the LOCK position. Disconnect the TR switch connector. Turn the ignition switch to the ON position. Measure the resistance between TR switch terminals A and E. Is the resistance less than 5 ohms?	Yes	Replace the TR switch.
1		No	Repair the related wiring harness.
