REAR DOOR LATCH AND LOCK ACTUATOR REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

1.  Remove the rear door trim. (See REAR DOOR TRIM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

2.  Disconnect the door latch and lock actuator connector.

(1)  Disengage the clip.

(2)  Disconnect the connector.

3.  Position the glass guide out of the way.

(1)  Remove the bolts.

(2)  Position the glass guide out of the way.

4.  Disconnect the outer handle rod.

(1)  Open the clip.

(2)  Disconnect the rod.

5.  Remove and discard the door latch and lock actuator screws.

6.  Remove the door latch and lock actuator.

7.  Disconnect the inner handle cable.

(1)  Disengage the cable conduit.

(2)  Disconnect the cable.

8.  Install in the reverse order of removal.
