FUEL-FILLER LID OPENER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

1.  Disconnect the negative battery cable.

2.  Open the rear scuff plate cover.

3.  Remove the rear scuff plate.

(1)  Remove the two pins.

(2)  Remove the scuff plate.

4.  Remove the retractable cargo cover (if equipped).

5.  Remove the pin and trunk end trim.

6.  Position the liftgate weatherstrip out of the way.

7.  Remove the trunk side trim.

(1)  Remove the cargo net hold-down (if equipped).

(2)  Disconnect the rear electrical socket connector.

8.  Remove the fuel-filler lid opener nut.

9.  Remove the fuel-filler lid opener.

(1)  Disengage the cable conduit.

(2)  Disconnect the cable.

10.  Install in the reverse order of removal.
