• Installed to the valve shaft so that it is linked to the opening and closing of the throttle valve.

• Detects the fluctuation in voltage (variable resistance) of the throttle valve opening angle and outputs it to the PCM. The voltage input to the PCM increases proportionately to the increase in throttle valve opening angle.
