Perform repair or diagnosis according to available Service Information.

VERIFY OTHER DTC PRESENT
• Is DTC P0102, P0103, P0117, P0118, P0320, or P0340?

Yes
|
Go to applicable DTC inspection.

No

Go to next step.

INSPECT CMP SENSOR INSTALLATION
• Inspect the CMP sensor installation.
• Is there any malfunction?

Yes
|
Install the CMP sensor, then go to next step.

Go to next step.

VERIFY TROUBLESHOOTING OF DTC P1309 COMPLETED
• Make sure to reconnect all disconnected connectors.
• Clear DTC from memory using WDS or equivalent.
• Start engine.
• Is same DTC present?

Yes

Replace PCM, then go to next step.

No
|
Go to next step.

VERIFY AFTER SERVICE PRECAUTION
• Perform "AFTER SERVICE PRECAUTION".
• Is there any DTC present?
