CHECK THE CLUTCH SWITCH
Turn the ignition switch off.
Disconnect the clutch switch connector.
Measure the resistance between the clutch switch terminals B and C (part-side).
Is the resistances
more than 1,000 ohms
?
Yes
Go to the next step.
No
Install a new clutch switch.

CHECK CIRCUIT FOR SHORT TO GROUND
Measure the resistance between the cruise actuator terminal I (harness-side) and ground.
Is the resistances
more than 1,000 ohms
?
Yes
Install a new cruise actuator.
Perform the self-test.
No
Repair or replace the harnesses.
Inspect the system for normal operation.
