Note

• Drive belt deflection/tension inspection is not necessary because of the use of the front drive belt auto tensioner.

Front Drive Belt

1. Verify that the drive belt auto tensioner indicator mark does not exceed the limit.

• If it exceeds the limit, replace the drive belt.

Note

• Water pump drive belt deflection/tension inspection is not necessary because of the use of the stretched-type water pump drive belt .

• Replace the water pump drive belt if visual inspection indicates any damage or abnormal sound from the water pump drive.
