PULSATION DAMPER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [YF (2.0L Zetec)]

1. Perform the 'Fuel Line Safety Procedure' referring to BEFORE SERVICE PRECAUTION. (See BEFORE SERVICE PRECAUTION [YF (2.0L Zetec)].)

2. Disconnect the vacuum hose.

3. Remove the pulsation damper.

Caution

• Since the general O-ring sealing could cause fuel leakage, always use genuine O-ring sealing.

4. Install in the reverse order of removal.

Pulsation damper installation bolt tightening torque

6 N·m {61 kgf·cm, 53 in·lbf}
