EXHAUST MANIFOLD REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [YF (2.0L Zetec)]

1. Remove the catalytic converter.

2. Remove the oil level gage.

3. Remove the exhaust manifold in the order indicated in the figure, and dispose of the gasket.

4. Install in the reverse order of removal.

Exhaust manifold installation bolt tightening torque

16 N·m {1.6 kgf·m, 12 ft·lbf}

Oil level gage installation bolt tightening torque

10 N·m {102 kgf·cm, 89 in·lbf}
