EGR SOLENOID VALVE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [AJ (3.0L Duratec)]

1. Remove the battery cover.

2. Disconnect the negative battery cable.

3. Disconnect the EGR solenoid valve connector.

4. Disconnect the vacuum hose.

5. Remove the EGR solenoid valve.

6. Install in the reverse order of removal.

6 N·m {61 kgf·cm, 53 in·lbf}
