EGR PIPE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [YF (2.0L Zetec)]

1. Remove the splash shield.

2. Disconnect the EGR pipe (engine side).

3. Remove the air hose.

4. Disconnect the EGR pipe (EGR valve side).

5. Install in the reverse order of removal.

EGR pipe tightening torque

63 N·m {6.4 kgf·m, 46 ft·lbf}
