EGR CONTROL VALVE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [YF (2.0L Zetec)]

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.

2. Disconnect the EGR control valve connector.

3. Disconnect the vacuum hose.

4. Remove the EGR control valve.

5. Install in the reverse order of removal.

7 N·m {71 kgf·cm, 62 in·lbf}
