PILOT BEARING REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

1. Remove the flywheel.

Note

• The pilot bearing does not need to be removed unless you are replacing it.

2. Use the SST to remove the pilot bearing.

(1) Install the SST.

(2) Remove the pilot bearing.

3. Clean the transaxle input shaft with a wire brush.

4. Use the SSTs to install the pilot bearing.

5. Install the flywheel.
