1. Operate the power window system and verify the malfunction indicated by the customer.

2. Perform visual inspection for obvious mechanical and electrical malfunctions. Refer to the following chart.

• Power window regulator • Door glass	• BTN2 40 A fuse [except L3] • BTN2 60 A fuse [L3] • LOCK 30 A fuse • P/W 30 A fuse • ACC delay relay • Related wiring harness

3. If any obvious mechanical and electrical malfunction is detected, repair as necessary.

4. If the cause of malfunction is not detected by visual inspection, connect the WDS or equivalent, and perform DTC inspection.

5. If any DTC related to the malfunction is read, refer to "DTC TABLE [POWER WINDOW SYSTEM]" and continue malfunction diagnosis.

6. If any DTC related to the malfunction is not read, refer to "SYMPTOM TROUBLESHOOTING CHART [POWER WINDOW SYSTEM]" and continue malfunction diagnosis.
